TERMS & CONDITIONS
Any contract between Poster Boy and the Client will be subject to the following terms and conditions. On agreement of a contract the Client subsequently agrees to adhere to these terms and conditions.
DEPOSITS
For new customers, a deposit of 50% must be paid upfront before any work can begin. Active customers may agree alternative payment arrangements with Poster Boy.
REFUNDS
The initial deposit is non-refundable.
PAYMENT METHOD
Acceptable payment methods are Paypal, bank transfer (BACS) or cheque. Payment details will be included in an invoice as and when the time for payment arises. Pricing on all services is subject to change and may increase/decrease depending on scale or longevity of the project.
PAYMENT/ESTIMATES
Payment estimates can be arranged between Poster Boy and the Client once all details of the work and its deadlines are discussed and agreed upon. Precise details and costs of all design work carried out will be available in the Client’s invoice.
ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
It is the responsibility of the Client to proof any work for errors and omissions with regards to spelling mistakes or technical errors. Poster Boy cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions.
MODIFICATIONS
Any changes or new work to be completed outside of the original and agreed assignment will be considered as modifications. Initial modifications will be completed free of charge. Any further changes that are carried out will be included in the Client’s invoice.
CANCELLATION
The Client holds the right to cancel any order. On termination of an order the Client will receive an invoice for all work completed up to that point.
PRIVACY POLICY
Poster Boy is committed to protecting Client privacy. Any information collected from the Client will be used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1988).
LIMITATIONS
Poster Boy will be obliged to turn down any work that holds any connotations of hate or discrimination. Furthermore, it is the Client’s responsibility to ensure any website or business idea is within the law.
COMMUNICATION
The main method of contact between Poster Boy and the Client will be via email. However, contact via telephone may be necessary if a project requires urgent completion. In the interest of effective communication, all details must be kept up to date.
